Ghadeer Ali: Bodybuilding is not only strength, it is about art and health
Ghadeer Ali started his sports career as a football player for the Belgian League and then practiced bodybuilding, because he was greatly influenced by this sport from his young age.
I continued with strong determination despite the ridicule and frustration of some people in the bodybuilding club because of his thinness, but despite that he did not care and nothing prevented him from exercising. After a period of time, his body became better and harmoniously beautiful and very natural. His confidence in his abilities increased his ambitions even more. He participated in several international championships, the most important of which is the Belgian Federation for Bodybuilding and the Golden Gym Classic for amateurs, to achieve advanced positions and high achievements in this field. After the Golden Gym Classic, he decided not to participate in the upcoming tournaments, although he qualified to compete, but he felt that he needed more training. He usually consumes six meals a day, which gives him the energy and calories he needs to do bodybuilding and compete at the highest level. He also takes two scoops of whey protein, as well as various vitamins and supplements. Ghadeer Ali’s training includes three to four exercises for each muscle group and lasts about an hour and a quarter. He focuses on technical performance for training, and his training varies slightly depending on whether he is preparing for a competition or already after a competition.
The Iraqi-born player won several honors and titles and became a member of the Belgian Federation of Bodybuilding. “Bodybuilding is not just strength, but art, health, and the connection between mind and muscle.”
